Michica

Michica is an NPC in the Natlan region of the game Genshin Impact. He works at the Courier's Longhouse for the Scions of the Canopy, where he manages and distributes mail. He appears in the hidden world quest called "The Packages Returned". In the game, the Traveler can find damaged packages and letters scattered throughout Natlan, and then go to Michica, who will tell them who the packages should be delivered to. Michica himself seems somewhat jaded about his job, complaining that he often receives contraband items, and the addresses on the packages are frequently lost or damaged.
