Kosterlitzky

Kosterlitzky is a character in Genshin Impact, affiliated with the Fatui, and first appearing in version 5.1. Based on available information, he is a male character from Snezhnaya. He plays a specific role in the story, but currently has no associated NPC shops or dialogue gifts. Notably, Kosterlitzky's English voice is provided by Ryan Laughton, who also voices other characters in Genshin Impact. Although his specific plot and backstory in the game are not yet clear, his name bears similarity to the historical figure Emilio Kosterlitzky, a Russian-born colonel during the Mexican Revolution. Additionally, it appears that the in-game character doesn't have a constellation.
