Il Dottore

Il Dottore, also known as "The Doctor," is the second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact. He is a brilliant but mad scientist with a disturbing obsession with human experimentation, alchemy, and body modification. Expelled from the Sumeru Akademiya for his unethical research, he joined the Fatui, where he continues his gruesome studies, even utilizing a unique 'segmentation' technique that splits himself into multiple independent beings, each with their own personality and abilities. Dottore displays a blatant disregard for life and considers others as mere subjects for his experiments. He is implicated in many major events, such as the human experiments in Mondstadt and the Tatarasuna disaster in Inazuma. He's also believed to be responsible for the creation of the Wanderer (formerly known as Scaramouche) and has experimented on him repeatedly. Dottore is a highly dangerous and cunning character, serving as a major antagonist in the game. He is willing to go to any lengths in his pursuit of 'perfection,' making him a truly memorable villain in Genshin Impact.
