Pantalone, also known as "Regrator," is the Ninth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact. He is a wealthy banker from Snezhnaya, who manages the Northland Bank. Pantalone is renowned for his unique understanding of money and his control over the economy. He was born into poverty, which has led to a pathological obsession with wealth and a desire to challenge the gods by controlling the world's economic lifeblood. He is incredibly ambitious and is plotting grand schemes to disrupt the existing order. Despite not possessing a Vision, Pantalone is a formidable character due to his sharp intellect, cunning, and vast wealth. He acts with calmness and objectivity but exhibits clear double standards, using meticulous logic to justify his biases. On the surface, he appears to be a composed and collected banker; however, he is actually a ruthless and ambitious schemer, manipulating the world's economy from the shadows. He is widely regarded as the wealthiest among the Fatui Harbingers.
