Pulcinella

Pulcinella, also known as "The Rooster," is a captivating character in Genshin Impact. He holds the fifth seat among the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and serves as the mayor of a significant city in Snezhnaya. Pulcinella has a distinctive appearance, characterized by his white hair, mustache, round glasses, and pointy nose and ears. He typically wears a dark blue long coat with flared and feathered sleeves, along with baggy blue trousers and flared shoes. Despite his somewhat comical appearance, he is a highly influential figure. As a politician, he is skilled in manipulation and is known for his contrasting attitudes towards his subordinates and the Tsaritsa, sometimes as a master and other times as a servant. He is also seen as a social chameleon, striving to maintain a high reputation among his underlings while appeasing those in power. Pulcinella plays a crucial role in the story, not only recruiting Tartaglia into the Fatui but also taking care of Tartaglia's family. While he outwardly shows care for Tartaglia, some speculate this could be a form of control. His personality is complex, displaying both cunning and genuine concern for those under him. In public, he appears passionate and energetic, but in private, he seems tired and overworked, dedicated to fulfilling his promises to the people of Snezhnaya. Pulcinella's age is far beyond what his appearance suggests, estimated to be around 220 years old. He has a deep, powerful voice, but in private, his voice resembles that of a kind old man.
