In the world of Genshin Impact, 'The Foul' Surtalogi is one of the five great sinners of Khaenri'ah, once a highly anticipated elite figure. He is not only the master of Skirk, who is the master of Tartaglia, but also a powerful abyss martial artist. The Foul possesses great combat strength and can even control the Star-Devourer Whale. Despite being once highly regarded, he ultimately failed to prevent the Cataclysm of Khaenri'ah and instead colluded with the Abyss, becoming one of the threats to the continent of Teyvat.
