Viktor

Viktor is a Fatui diplomat in Genshin Impact, initially stationed near the Favonius Cathedral in Mondstadt. Despite being a member of the Fatui, he often expresses a sense of resignation about his position within the organization and awe for the powerful Harbingers. During his time in Mondstadt, players interact with Viktor through the daily commission "Tales of Winter," where they collect materials in exchange for information. He also develops a special friendship with a Mondstadt girl named Lily, showing his compassionate side. In the world quest "Equivalent Exchange," players can also assist him by gathering Mondstadt specialties. Although Viktor eventually leaves Mondstadt, he has left a strong impression on many players with his unique personality and story.
