Effendi

In Genshin Impact, Effendi is a researcher from Sumeru's Akademiya, serving as a Liaison Officer stationed at the Citadel of Regzar. His main role involves coordinating the Corps of Thirty, managing resident commissions, and organizing assistance for various issues in Sumeru, such as monster and bandit elimination. When the Corps of Thirty is occupied, Effendi seeks help from adventurers to complete resident requests and bounty commissions. By assisting citizens, players can increase their Sumeru reputation and receive rewards from the Akademiya. Additionally, Effendi is the key NPC for the Sumeru Reputation system, through whom players can accept regional quests, raise their reputation level, and obtain associated rewards.
