Balladeer

The Balladeer, also known as the Wanderer, is a complex and popular character in Genshin Impact. He initially appears as the antagonist "Scaramouche," the Sixth of the Fatui Harbingers, codenamed "the Balladeer." Scaramouche was created by the Electro Archon, Ei, as a vessel for the Gnosis. However, due to his capacity to shed tears, Ei sealed him away. Subsequently, Scaramouche endured abandonment and betrayal, leading him to join the Fatui and seek godhood. In the Sumeru storyline, he was defeated by the Traveler and taken in by the Dendro Archon, Nahida, eventually reforming and starting anew as "the Wanderer." As a 5-star Anemo catalyst user, he possesses a unique hovering ability and strong Anemo damage output. His abilities can be enhanced based on the elements he comes into contact with, making him a versatile character to play. The Balladeer's tragic story, along with his origins, have made him a subject of much discussion and affection among players.
