Nantuck

Nantuck is a senior fisherman from the Mondstadt Fishing Association in Genshin Impact. He can be found just outside Mondstadt City, along the coast near the bridge. He is not only an experienced fisherman but also a soon-to-be famous author of marine life stories. He is confident that his story about a heroic fisherman pursuing a giant black whale will be a literary success. Players can learn to fish from him, obtain their first fishing rod and bait recipe, and exchange fish for other rewards like upgraded rods and bait blueprints. Nantuck's background and character design may be inspired by Nantucket, a real-world whaling center that is also associated with the inspiration for Moby Dick.
