Fedhri

Fedhri is a Pari in Genshin Impact who resides in the Vourukasha Oasis and is responsible for tending to the Amrita Pool. Players need to complete a series of world quests, including "The Splendorous Sky That Day" from the "Khvarena of Good and Evil" questline, and the follow-up quest "Heart of Amrita", to unlock the Amrita Pool and interact with her. After speaking with Fedhri, players can offer Plumes of Purifying Light to the Amrita Pool to obtain rewards like Primogems, character level-up materials, talent books, and Mora. She explains that the Plumes of Purifying Light are fragments of various memories, and offering them allows these memories to be accepted by the Amrita Pool.
