Jemma

Jemma is a complex character in Genshin Impact, first appearing in Lyney's Story Quest, "The Forgotten Thief." Initially presented as a grieving widow mourning her late magician husband, Cesar, she is later revealed to be in cahoots with Cesar's former assistant, Lorenzo, and possibly romantically involved with him. Jemma plays multiple roles in the story, acting both as the sorrowful wife and as a cunning conspirator, even faking an injury to frame Lorenzo and obscure the truth. She has ties to Lyney and Lynette, as they were all students of Cesar. Jemma's motives are intricate; her goals seem to go beyond concealing a crime and also involve her deep affection for Lorenzo. By the story's end, she is exposed as the real "Phantom Weasel," whose actions reflect the profound connection and shared objectives she has with Lorenzo. Her character highlights the complex relationships and unexpected plot twists found within Genshin Impact.
