Dougier

Dougier is a despicable antagonist in Genshin Impact, featured in Wriothesley's Story Quest, "Reborn in the Land of Grievances." He is the corrupt leader of the "Beret Society" within the Fortress of Meropide, known for his brutal rule and abuse of the inmates. He uses "fear liquid" and thorns to control the members of the "Beret Society," turning them into mindless slaves. Dougier believes that the prisoners of Meropide deserve punishment for their crimes, using this as an excuse to indulge his sadistic desires. He not only forces them into cruel labor but also inflicts psychological torture, ultimately being defeated and sanctioned by Wriothesley.
