Ulman

Ulman is a limited-time event NPC in Genshin Impact, primarily featured in the 'Lost Riches' event. He is a treasure hunter who first appears near the Stone Gate in the Liyue region, but may also appear in other locations such as Narukami Island in Inazuma and Fontaine. During the event, he provides players with treasure maps and a Treasure-Seeking Seelie to aid in locating hidden treasures. Ulman himself cannot dive, but in the Fontaine version, he seeks the Traveler's help to explore underwater treasures after being led there by a Seelie.
