Idyia

Idyia is a limited-time event NPC in Genshin Impact, who first appeared in the 3.8 version's limited-time event "Secret Summer Paradise." She is an Oceanid from Fontaine who was exiled after the death of the previous Hydro Archon, when the waters of Fontaine became filled with pain and hatred. During her escape, she met Alice, a witch of the Hexenzirkel, who gave her a magical bottle that could grant wishes within it. Idyia wished to go to a place where no one could find her, and as a result, she was transported to the desert. Afterward, she resided in the subspace inside the bottle, called the "Veluriyam Mirage," and became its caretaker, helping travelers who stumbled upon it to fulfill their wishes. She can transform into a human form and create Hydro Eidolons, which are Hydro creatures based on the desires of those who made wishes in the Mirage. Idyia is somewhat self-deprecating and prone to crying, but she is kind-hearted. She is friends with Alice and is referred to as "Aunty Desert" by Alice's daughter, Klee.
