Scylla

Scylla is a character in Genshin Impact, appearing as a Dragonheir Prince. He was once a ruler of the dragon race in the distant past, and although he has lost his physical body, he still possesses the power to manipulate water currents. Players can find him in the Sea of Bygone Eras. When near him, players can summon water currents to quickly move to his side and use his summoned currents to travel to a desired location. Scylla's backstory is closely tied to the rise and fall of Remuria. He was once considered a traitor, but in reality, he had a secret plan with Remus to save the country, which led to him leading a dragon lizard army to attack the capital. He now appears in the form of a whale, assisting the Traveler in exploring underwater areas and providing players with the ability to move quickly underwater.
