Jalacan

Jalacan is a mysterious doctor who first appears in the Fontaine region storyline of Genshin Impact. He is primarily responsible for caring for a patient named Zuria Destree, who suffers severe mental distress due to the death of her son, Lescot. Jalacan is depicted as a very professional individual with a deep understanding of mental illness. He acts not only as a doctor but also as a psychoanalyst, helping Zuria to overcome her inner turmoil. In the game, he assists the Traveler in using a device called "Thelxie" to aid Zuria's recovery. Some players speculate that Jalacan's character is based on the French psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan.
