Dragon King

In the world of Genshin Impact, Dragon Sovereigns are ancient and powerful beings that once ruled Teyvat before the gods and humans. These Dragon Sovereigns, also known as the Seven Sovereigns, each wielded the primordial power of a specific element. Some notable Dragon Sovereigns include: Neuvillette, the Dragon of Water, who now appears in human form as the Chief Justice of Fontaine; Apep, the Dragon of Verdure, who once ruled Sumeru and possesses the ability to create worlds; and Azhdaha, the Dragon of Geo, who was once a close friend of the Geo Archon, Zhongli, but later turned against him due to erosion. Additionally, there was Nibelung, the deceased Dragon King, who was the leader of all the Dragon Sovereigns. The Heavenly Principles stripped these dragons of their authority, which was then given to the Seven Archons. However, as the story progresses, the Dragon Sovereigns are gradually regaining their powers and are playing an increasingly significant role in Teyvat.
