In the world of Genshin Impact, the "Sustainer of Heavenly Principles" is a mysterious and powerful entity. She introduces herself as the "Sustainer of Heavenly Principles", indicating that she is not the Heavenly Principles themselves, but rather an entity that maintains the rules of it. Her true identity and purpose are still being revealed in the game's storyline. Currently, she is widely believed to be closely related to maintaining order in the world of Teyvat. Her appearance and abilities are similar to those of the Herrscher of the Void from Honkai Impact 3rd, which is why players also jokingly call her "Queen's Re-employment". In the game's plot, she exhibits abilities such as manipulating red cubes and teleporting through space. She is considered to be the guardian of the order of the world of Teyvat, but may also be the executor or agent of some higher order.
