Ella Musk

Ella Musk is a scholar in Genshin Impact affiliated with the Knights of Favonius, who is dedicated to the study of Hilichurlian language. She appears as a child, although her sister, Dr. Edith, a historian, refers to her as her older sister, leading to speculation about her true age. Ella can often be found in the Mondstadt library or near Hilichurl camps. She tasks players with commissions that involve communicating with Hilichurls, such as "Language Exchange" and "Poetry Exchange". She aims to understand Hilichurl culture and promote communication between humans and Hilichurls, rather than simply fighting them. Her name is similar to the real-world entrepreneur Elon Musk, an intentional easter egg by the developers, though there is no direct connection between the two. Ella Musk plays a significant role in both the game's lore and daily commissions, making her a unique and interesting NPC in the Mondstadt region.
