Kitsune Saiguu

Kitsune Saiguu was a significant historical figure in the Inazuma region of the game Genshin Impact, revered as a kitsune goddess. She was a descendant of the Hakushin Clan, a close ally of Raiden Ei (the current Electro Archon), and served as a mentor to the shrine maiden Asase Hibiki. Kitsune Saiguu disappeared during the cataclysm 500 years ago, reportedly consumed by a 'dark will,' her body and memories dissolving into filth, though some of her memories manifested as the entity Hanachirusato. She resided in the Grand Narukami Shrine and had a longer lifespan than humans. Kitsune Saiguu had a cheerful, slightly offbeat sense of humor, but also deeply valued her memories. She was close to both Raiden Makoto (the previous Electro Archon) and Ei, and enjoyed spending time with them. She also had a close relationship with a young Yae Miko, often telling her stories about youkai. Her legacy includes the world quest 'Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual' related to her and the descriptions of the forgeable weapon 'Hakushin Ring,' which detail her life and thoughts.
