RahXephon: Pluralitas Concentio

RahXephon: Pluralitas Concentio (Japanese: ラーゼフォン 多元変奏曲, Hepburn: Rāzefon: Tagen Hensōkyoku) is the movie adaptation of the anime television series RahXephon. The story follows Ayato Kamina and his classmate Reika Mishima, a young couple navigating the awkwardness of their relationship, until visitors from an alternate dimension, the "Mu", suddenly appear and tear them apart. All of Tokyo is enveloped in a giant hemispherical Absolute Barrier resembling Jupiter, separating them into two worlds. Three years later, Ayato, now a high school student inside the barrier, has been told the outside world is destroyed. He meets a woman named Haruka Shitow who tells him the truth. Shitow is actually his former girlfriend, Haruka Mishima, now 12 years older due to time dilation caused by the barrier. Ayato's mother, Maya Kamina, is revealed to be the leader of the Mu, and she orchestrated the events to awaken Ayato. Ayato awakens, pilots the giant mecha RahXephon, and battles the Mu.
