The story follows Lupin and his gang as they are hired by a Hong Kong crime boss to retrieve a legendary dragon statue from the sunken Titanic. The special originally aired in Japan on July 29, 1994, and was released on DVD in North America by FUNimation Entertainment on February 11, 2003.
