キューティーハニーF (1997)

"Cutie Honey Flash" (キューティーハニーF) is a 1997 Japanese anime, a remake of Go Nagai's manga "Cutie Honey." Aimed at a young female audience, it incorporated romance and family elements, differentiating it from the original. The protagonist, Honey Kisaragi, is not a robot but a life form born from the Aerial Element Fixing Device, possessing various transformation abilities. In the anime, she fights the evil organization Panther Claw to protect her father and foil their schemes. The story also introduces her sister, the antagonist Misty Honey. Despite lukewarm reception among adult fans at the time, "Cutie Honey Flash" was popular with children. Notably, it is the debut work of voice actress Ai Nagano, with Eiko Masuyama, the original voice of Cutie Honey, also participating in the voice acting, and the anime's theme song was performed by SALIA. A series of spin-offs were also released, including manga, character song CDs, and a film.
