"Magical Angel Creamy Mami: Forever Once More" is an OVA sequel to the "Magical Angel Creamy Mami" TV anime, released on October 28, 1984. In the end, Yu discovers that Posie and Nega possessed two stray cats, helping her to transform into Creamy Mami once more. This OVA is a direct continuation of the TV anime, adding new characters and storylines that further enrich the world of "Creamy Mami", and is also considered the world's first TV anime sequel OVA for its groundbreaking approach.
