Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Superman Legend

"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Legend of the Supermutants" (ミュータントタートルズ 超人伝説編), also known as "Mutant Turtles: Superman Legend," is a two-episode original video animation (OVA) based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Produced by Bee Media and Tsuburaya Productions, the OVA was created to promote the Supermutants and Metal Mutants toy lines released in 1995. It features the same voice cast as TV Tokyo's Japanese dub of the 1987 animated series. The first episode focuses on the Supermutants, where the Turtles obtain MutaStones that grant them the power to transform into Super Turtles. The second episode shifts to the Metal Mutants, involving a journey to Japan and a battle against Shredder for control of the Seven Elements stones. Despite being part of the TMNT franchise, the OVA is not considered canon due to its unique storylines and style. However, it remains a notable and distinct chapter in the broader history of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
