D.C. ~ダ・カーポ~ セコンドシースン

D.C. ~Da Capo~ Second Season (D.C.S.S.) is the second season of the Da Capo anime series, produced by Feel and aired in 2005. The story is set two years after the events of the first Da Capo series. While some character designs from the original series are retained, the plot and character development differ significantly. D.C.S.S. primarily revolves around protagonist Junichi Asakura and his sister Nemus, and introduces new characters and storylines. The narrative focuses on emotional entanglements and explores interpersonal relationships, particularly those of family and love. It's important to note that the storyline in D.C.S.S. diverges from the original visual novel, serving as an adaptation and supplement to the game's plot, establishing a link to the sequel Da Capo II. This deviation from the source material has led to mixed reviews from fans. Overall, D.C.S.S. continues to expand the Da Capo universe, offering a unique perspective on love, responsibility, and growth.
