The story is set before the main story, depicting Fuusuke, Aicho, and Toji traveling to a port town in search of Makoto, the younger sister of their fallen comrade, Eiji. Eiji had left his knife for Makoto before his death. Upon their arrival, they discover that the town is under attack by the pirate Rasen Ryuu. Makoto, in an attempt to protect her village, resists the pirates but is captured by Rasen Ryuu. Fuusuke and his companions engage Rasen Ryuu in a fierce battle to save Makoto. Directed by Noriyuki Abe and written by Hiroshi Hashimoto, the film plays an important role in the "Ninku" series, laying the foundation for subsequent anime developments.
