"Lily, Frogs, and Little Brother" (リリとカエルと(弟)), also known as "Lily to Kaeru to (Otouto)", is a Japanese animated TV special produced by Toei Animation. It premiered in Japan on August 20, 2006, as a commemoration of the Animax channel's 8th anniversary, and also won the 4th Animax Taishō award. The story follows Lily and her parents as they visit a frog-themed amusement park, where she draws a sword at the park's Frog Castle. It is said that the Frog King would grant any wish if one beat the big snake with the sword. After Lily beats the snake, she goes to the Frog Land and meets the Frog King. The king tells her she will become a frog if she can't open the Gate of Hope before a child hatches from the roe in front of her. Suddenly, a man in a suit appears, named Kondo, who was supposed to be her little brother. Lily, thinking it strange, runs away from him, and he chases her. They then fall head over heels into the water. The anime is classified as adventure, comedy, and supernatural.
