Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan 2 is the second season of the Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan anime series, which aired in 2007. The series continues the chaotic life of junior high school student Sakura Kusakabe and the angel Dokuro Mitsukai from the future. Dokuro was sent to prevent Sakura from creating technology in the future that causes women to stop aging, but her violent and capricious personality often leads to Sakura being brutally killed by her spiked club, "Excaliborg", only to be revived with magic. The second season adds more angels, including the polite Sabato and the quirky Zansu, to the cast, making the plot even more absurd and comical. The anime is known for its excessive violence, dark humor, and subversion of typical anime tropes. The plot revolves around Sakura's struggle to survive Dokuro's endless "protection" and contemplating whether it is worthwhile to endure such suffering.
