小助さま力丸さま-コンペイ島の竜-

"Kosuke & Rikimaru: The Dragon of Kompei Island" is a Japanese anime OVA released in 1988, produced by J.C.STAFF, with Akira Toriyama as the original creator, writer, character designer, and color designer. Set on a small island called Kompei Island, the story follows Kosuke and Rikimaru, two brothers who are part of the island's guard, protecting both the island and its dragon. They encounter a scholar, Tanukikoji Sakurako, who comes to study the dragon, and also a group led by Yamada Daihachiro who seeks to steal the gem on the dragon’s forehead. Kosuke and Rikimaru have superhuman physical abilities, while Sakurako is a somewhat clumsy scholar. The story revolves around their efforts to protect the last dragon on the island. The work is praised for its Toriyama-esque character designs, smooth animation, and humorous storyline, but it has only been released on VHS and has never had a DVD or Blu-ray release, making it somewhat rare among collectors.
