The story revolves around Juu Juuzawa, a delinquent high school boy, and Ame Ochibana, a girl who claims to be his 'knight' from a previous life. When a classmate is murdered, Juu accepts Ame's help to find the killer. The first story in the series, titled Denpa Biyori, received an honorable mention at the Super Dash Novel Rookie of the Year Awards in 2003. In 2009, a two-episode OVA adaptation was bundled with pre-order editions of Kure-nai DVDs, another series by Katayama.
