InuYasha: The Final Act is a direct sequel to the InuYasha anime series, adapting the final 21 volumes of Rumiko Takahashi's manga. The series continues the story of Inuyasha and his friends as they search for the remaining shards of the Sacred Jewel of Four Souls and prepare for their final battle against Naraku. Produced by Sunrise, the anime aired from October 2009 to March 2010, totaling 26 episodes. The original staff and voice cast returned for this adaptation. Viz Media licensed the series in North America, making it available on platforms like Hulu. The opening theme is "Kimi ga Inai Mirai" by Do As Infinity, while the ending themes include "With You" by AAA, "Diamond" by Alan, and "Tōi Michi no Saki de" by Ai Takekawa.
