Phantom Thief Reinya

Phantom Thief Reinya (Kaitou Reinya) is a 2010 Japanese short anime series produced by Stingray, with each episode lasting about 4 minutes, totaling 12 episodes. The protagonist, Reinya, appears to be an ordinary convenience store worker, but she is actually a mysterious thief known as "Phantom Thief Reinya," specializing in stealing gold treasures. She plans her heists with her mouse sidekick, Chutaro, in their secret hideout below the store. Reinya's daily life is filled with comedy, as she not only evades the inept trio of a perverted police inspector, an airheaded policewoman, and a detective infatuated with her, but also deals with unexpected situations like trying to become a ninja, going on a date, and being cursed. The anime is voiced by and based on former Morning Musume member Reina Tanaka. The plot unfolds in episodic format, emphasizing its absurd comedy style. It’s a lighthearted and humorous show with no significant character development. It's available to watch on Crunchyroll.
