"MH Diary: Giri Giri Airu Village☆Felyne Close Call☆" is a Japanese animation produced by DLE and GENEON UNIVERSAL. This marks the first time the Monster Hunter series has been adapted into an animation. The series premiered on August 5, 2010, consisting of 10 episodes, each 3 minutes long. It tells the story of Felynes living happily in their village. The main character, Nyaito, takes on various quests for the village's development and rewards, such as gathering special mushrooms, transporting Rathian eggs, and fishing for golden fish. He's often hindered by his village companions – Leader, Nyami, Pakase, and Puni. The animation humorously depicts their adventures in overcoming crises and completing quests. Produced by DLE, it is popular for its absurd black humor and the relaxed, lively atmosphere of the Felyne village. The series aired on the Tokyo MX TV network every Thursday at 22:55 (Japan Time) and was also broadcast on Capcom's website every Monday with extra footage.
