Zettai Karen Children OVA: Changing Love! Take Back a Stolen Future?

Zettai Karen Children OVA: Changing Love! Take Back a Stolen Future? is an Original Video Animation (OVA) based on Takashi Shiina's shōnen manga, Zettai Karen Children. The story is set during the manga's middle school arc and focuses on a future where the number of people with ESP (extrasensory perception) is increasing, with many misusing their powers for destructive purposes. To counter this, the Japanese government established the Base of Backing ESP Laboratory (B.A.B.E.L.) to appraise, identify, nurture, and protect Espers, and apprehend those who commit crimes. Fifty years later, B.A.B.E.L. discovers three natural Level 7 Espers (the highest potency designation) in Japan, forming them into a team called "The Children". However, due to fear of their powers, the three have developed concerning attitudes. The OVA tells the story of B.A.B.E.L. being attacked after “The Children” enter junior high school, and explores whether Kaoru Akashi, Shiho Sannomiya, and Aoi Nogami can be refined into young ladies.
