Motto To LOVE-Ru, also known as To LOVE-Ru More Trouble, is the second season of the To LOVE-Ru anime series, produced by Xebec and directed by Atsushi Ootsuki. It premiered on October 5, 2010, and consists of 12 episodes. The story continues from the first season, following the daily life of alien princess Lala, high school student Rito Yuki, and their friends. Lala becomes more proactive in pursuing Rito, leading to a series of hilarious and chaotic events. The anime is more faithful to the original manga, with a more tightly knit plot. Each episode is divided into three short stories, each approximately seven minutes long, similar to the first season's OVA. The opening theme is "Loop the Loop" by KOTOKO, and the ending theme is "Baby Baby Love" by Haruka Tomatsu. Sentai Filmworks has licensed the series in North America, releasing the complete series on DVD in 2012, Blu-ray in 2014, and an English dub version in 2021.
