"Five Numbers!" (Japanese: ノラゲキ!) is a 2011 Japanese anime original video animation (OVA) produced by Sunrise. It was directed by Hiroaki Ando and written by Dai Sato. The story takes place in an isolated prison where four prisoners and a cat are confined. One day, a power outage unlocks all the cells, freeing the prisoners. However, the guards are nowhere to be found, and there are no exits. An extraordinary event occurs following an old man's peculiar behavior. This OVA is known for its unique locked-room scenario and science fiction elements. Although only 24 minutes long, its compact plot and intriguing suspense have left a strong impression on viewers. The animation combines 2D character designs with 3D backgrounds, and while there are some shortcomings in character movement, the overall visual effect is commendable. Licensed in North America by Sentai Filmworks, it was released alongside another Sunrise OVA, "Coicent," on DVD and Blu-ray. The OVA also features music by Yasutaka Nakata (capsule) and an ending song with Japanese-accented Italian lyrics. Overall, "Five Numbers!" is a short anime worth watching for its distinctive style and engaging story.
