Heaven's Lost Property the Movie: The Angeloid of Clockwork is a 2011 Japanese animated fantasy film based on the manga and anime series Heaven's Lost Property by Suu Minazuki. Directed by Hisashi Saitō, it was released in Japan on June 25, 2011. The film centers on the story of Hiyori Kazane. The movie opens with Tomoki Sakurai and the rest of the New World Discovery Club in another unusual situation. A giant chicken, which Tomoki had seemingly forgotten about, wreaks havoc on Sorami City. Tomoki uses one of Ikaros's cards to have Sohara Mitsuki grow to giant size to fight the chicken, which she defeats, but then steps on Tomoki for staring up her skirt. The film then shifts to Daedalus, who provides more background on the Angeloids and their history. Then, a scene shows an angel asleep in a pod. On Earth, Hiyori Kazane, a resident of Sorami City and the film's main heroine, introduces herself and explains how she met and fell in love with Tomoki, while narrating her involvement in events from the previous two anime seasons. After the recap, Hiyori decides to get closer to Tomoki and attempts to join the New World Discovery Club. She is then drawn into a series of events that reveal her identity as an angel and her fated connection to Tomoki, ultimately sacrificing herself to save everyone.
