Mashiroiro Symphony: The Color of Lovers

"Mashiroiro Symphony: The Color of Lovers" is a Japanese anime adaptation of the eponymous Bishoujo game by Palette, which aired from October to December 2011. The story revolves around the male protagonist, Shingo Uryu, who, due to a school merger, attends the prestigious all-girls school, Yuihime Girls' Academy, as a trial student. There, he encounters several unique and beautiful girls, leading to a pure love story set in a school environment. The anime is known for its refreshing art style and heartwarming storyline. The story unfolds around Shingo Uryu and the heroines, including Airi Sena, the daughter of the school board director, Shingo's sister Sakuno Uryu, the stray maid Ange, the animal-loving senior Miu Amau, and the tsundere classmate Sanagi Inui. The animation was produced by Manglobe and directed by Eiji Suganuma. While the anime makes changes to the plot, and some viewers find the story veers off course, focusing on animal protection instead of the main narrative, its overall refreshing tone and character development still garnered some positive reviews. The anime's opening theme song "Authentic symphony" and ending theme song "Suisai Candy" are also well-liked.
