Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Who Leapt Through Time

Digimon Xros Wars: The Young Hunters Who Leapt Through Time (Japanese: デジモンクロスウォーズ 時を駆ける少年ハンターたち) is the third and final arc of Digimon Xros Wars. While sometimes considered a separate series, it is officially part of Digimon Xros Wars. The story takes place one year after the events of The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms, following Taiki Kudo and Yuu Amano who have formed a street basketball team and met a new member, Tagiru Akashi. Tagiru stumbles upon an alternate dimension called DigiQuartz, a realm between the Human and Digital Worlds. There, children obtain Xros Loaders and Digimon partners, participating in a competition called the 'Digimon Hunt'. Digimon become stronger and more violent due to negative human emotions, and the Digimon Hunters must stop them from wreaking havoc in the human world. Tagiru aims to become the top Digimon Hunter, unaware of Taiki and Yuu’s past Digimon connections. A sinister force lurks behind the creation of the DigiQuartz, and the Digimon Hunt is more than just a simple game.
