"Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice" is a 2012 Japanese animated film produced by OLM, Inc. and distributed by Toho. Directed by Kunihiko Yuyama and written by Hideki Sonoda, it is the 15th installment in the Pokémon film series. The movie follows the Pokémon Keldeo, who is training to join the Swords of Justice. Keldeo's initial challenge against the powerful Dragon-type Pokémon Kyurem ends in failure, causing him to flee. Later, with the help of Pokémon trainers Ash, Iris, and Cilan, Keldeo regains his courage and faces Kyurem again. The film portrays Keldeo unlocking hidden strength and learning the Secret Sword move, ultimately joining the Swords of Justice. Kyurem's ability to transform into Black or White Kyurem by drawing power from Reshiram and Zekrom is also featured. Known for its action-packed battles and heartwarming story, the film was released to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Shogakukan.
