Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions!

"Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions!" (Japanese: 中二病でも恋がしたい!, Chūnibyō demo Koi ga Shitai!) is a Japanese light novel series written by Torako, with illustrations by Nozomi Ōsaka. The series won an honorable mention in the Kyoto Animation Award competition in 2010, leading to its publication by Kyoto Animation's KA Esuma Bunko imprint. The story follows Yūta Togashi, a high school boy trying to escape his embarrassing middle school past of having "chūnibyō" (eighth-grader syndrome), who encounters Rikka Takanashi, a girl exhibiting similar symptoms. As their relationship develops, they form the "Far East Magical Napping Society Summer Thereof" club with their classmates, leading to a humorous and romantic tale of youthful delusion and self-discovery. The series has been adapted into multiple forms of media, including TV anime series and movies.
