ガッ活!

Gakkatsu! (also known as Gakkou Katsudou!) is a Japanese short-form FLASH animation created by Rareko, with each episode lasting 5 minutes. The first season aired on NHK OneSeg 2 from April 3rd to September 18th, 2012, followed by the second season from April 3rd to September 25th, 2013. The story is set during the homeroom period of class 2-1 at Hiyama Junior High School, where class representative Chiho Takachiho introduces various bizarre topics for debate, leading to lively and nonsensical discussions. The anime is known for its fast-paced dialogue, absurd plots, and unique character designs, making it a humorous debate comedy. Key characters include the rational health committee member Kuroda, the hot-blooded yankee boy Hiroshi, the taciturn rabbit-headed Inaba, the foreign prince Nvangida, and other diverse classmates. The anime retains Rareko's signature style and features multiple voice actors, which is a rarity in Rareko's previous works. Additionally, a manga adaptation titled "Comic Gakkatsu!" was released, along with an official Twitter account and the official hashtag #gakkatsu.
