"Shiba Inuko-san" (Shiba Inu Girl) is a four-panel manga series created by Uzu, serialized in "Manga Club Original" and "Manga Life Original" magazines. The story centers on middle school student Chako Ishibashi, who notices that her classmate, "Shiba Inuko," looks exactly like a Shiba Inu dog, yet everyone around her seems to think it's normal. Chako is puzzled by this and tries to understand the strange phenomenon. The work depicts the daily interactions between Chako and "Shiba Inuko-san" in a lighthearted and humorous way, along with Chako's inner monologues. In 2011, the manga was adapted into a TV anime. In the anime, Shiba Inuko-san also appeared as a promotional character for "Morita-san wa Mukuchi" and made guest appearances in other anime works. Shiba Inuko-san is voiced by Mirai Sasaki. The story's unique setting and humorous style have made it popular.
