"Lupin the 3rd: The Eastern Stories ~Another Page~" is the 23rd TV special in the "Lupin the 3rd" series, which aired on November 2, 2012, on Nippon Television's "Friday Road SHOW!". The special is themed around Marco Polo's travelogue "The Travels of Marco Polo," telling the adventure story of Lupin III as he chases after a treasure hidden in "another page." The story revolves around a phantom chapter called "another page" that is said to contain clues to Marco Polo's hidden treasure. Lupin gets involved in a professor's murder case in a palace in Italy and accidentally obtains a stone tablet which is a clue to "another page." To unravel the mystery and get the treasure, Lupin embarks on a journey with Jigen, Goemon and others, also encountering the betrayal of the female thief Fujiko Mine and being chased by a mafia. In the work, Lupin and his party travel through Italy, Japan, and other places, embarking on an adventure full of action, puzzle-solving, and comedy elements. The special adopted a character design similar to the first season of "Lupin the 3rd" TV and used the classic theme song "Lupin III: Theme of Love."
