A Town Where You Live

"A Town Where You Live" (Kimi no Iru Machi) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kōji Seo. It was serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine from May 2008 to February 2014, with 27 tankōbon volumes released. The story revolves around Haruto Kirishima, a high school student in rural Hiroshima, and Yuzuki Eba, a transfer student from Tokyo. As they live under the same roof, their complex relationship unfolds. The series realistically depicts the daily lives and emotional struggles of high school students, exploring themes of long-distance relationships, family dynamics, and personal growth. In addition to the manga, it has been adapted into an original video animation (OVA) and an anime television series, spawning radio programs, drama CDs, and image songs. While reception of the plot has been mixed, it remains a representative work in the genre of youth romance.
