"Senyuu" (戦勇。), also known as "Senyu", is a Japanese manga series created by Robinson Haruhara, which initially began as a web manga on the Nico Nico Seiga website in 2010. This series gained popularity for its unique blend of comedy and fantasy, centering on the story of 75 descendants of heroes chosen to fight against the Demon King. Among them, the 45th hero, Alba, and his royal soldier companion, Ross, are at the heart of the narrative. In 2013, the series was adapted into a two-season anime television series, each consisting of 13 short episodes, approximately 5 minutes each. The anime was produced by Liden Films and Ordet, directed by Yutaka Yamamoto, and written by Michiko Yokote. The anime adaptation retained the comedic tone of the original manga and engaged audiences through its fast-paced storytelling and unique character interactions. "Senyuu" incorporates elements of action, comedy, fantasy, and parody, making it a well-received work. In addition to the anime, the series also includes a manga version serialized in Shueisha's "Jump Square", along with multiple manga series published on Nico Nico Seiga. The series has also been extended through related merchandise such as DVDs and Blu-ray discs.
