D-Frag!, also known as D-Fragments, is a Japanese comedic manga series created by Tomoya Haruno. It began serialization in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Alive in September 2008. The story follows Kenji Kazama, a self-proclaimed delinquent, who gets dragged into the school's Game Creation Club (Provisional) and is constantly tormented by its eccentric members. The manga is known for its exaggerated comedic style, frequent tsukkomi (straight man) humor, and parodies of gaming culture. Besides the manga, D-Frag! has been adapted into a 12-episode anime television series, which aired from January to March 2014. The series also has spawned drama CDs and OVAs. Many of the characters' names are references to railway stations in Japan, such as "Roka Shibasaki," which corresponds to "Shibasaki Station" and "Roka Koen Station." D-Frag! has gained popularity for its unique humor and energetic characters, achieving success in both manga and anime mediums. As of October 2021, the manga has sold over 2 million copies.
