魔法少女大戦

Magica Wars (魔法少女大戦) is a cross-media project launched by 2.5 Jigen Terebi, featuring magical girls representing each of Japan's 47 prefectures. The project began as a character design contest on pixiv, attracting numerous submissions and ultimately selecting over 60 magical girls. These magical girls work together to fight against evil entities known as “Magatsuhi.” The project includes multiple games, an anime series, and manga adaptations. In terms of games, there’s “Magica Wars Lock On!” for iOS, “Magica Wars Tactics” for mobile browsers, and “Magica Wars ZANBATSU” for PS Vita. The anime version aired in 2014, produced by GAINAX, featuring different magical girls in short episodes, voiced by voice actors from each respective region. There are various manga adaptations, including "Karasuma 0-jo Tandai - Magical Girl Wars -." The work has attracted a number of fans due to its unique concept and regional characteristics.
